WordPress Document Library

Posts Table Pro has always been popular for creating document libraries, and you can see an example of this below. However, if you are building a document library then we recommend that you use our purpose-built plugin Document Library Pro instead. This looks like Posts Table Pro in the front end, but makes it easier to add and import documents, and add download links, and manage your documents.

Subheading between tables

You can have multiple tables per page. For example, you might want to divide your document library into categories, with separate tables for each category. In this table, you can click on the document title to view the single post page for that document.

Direct links to downloadable document

In this document library, we have used Posts Table Pro with the free Page Links To WordPress plugin. This links the document title directly to a downloadable URL, instead of the single post page.
